Be able to export contacts in a pst. file to import updates to Microsoft Outlook
The need to use Outlook as our base email is very important. Private emails, constant communication and other quick email always need to be made. We can't do this in pipeline. As well, everyone in the office needs the contact information and they have no use of pipeline because they are outside of the estimating department.
