Give option to send notices via. 'Select' Function to ;Yes', but 'not Bid'
Please give us the option to be able to send it to vendors who have replied with a 'Yes', but not yet submitted their bid by trade. Right now we have a global option, but if we want to remind just the concrete subs about something, there's no way to send notices to Concrete who have said Yes, but not submitted bids...

Good idea, yes now you can send a Bid Reminder to everyone that said Yes but you haven’t received their bid. But like you said, it goes to all subs in all trades that have not submitted a bid.
