Combined Rating System
Modify the new 5-star subcontractor rating system so that it is an average of the ratings provided by all of the users within a company.
Each active user will have the ability to provide a 1-5 star rating of a subcontractor. Only the logged in user will be able to change their rating for the subcontractor.
The 1-5 star rating that shows up on the subcontractor page or within a selection list will be an average of all of the individual user ratings provided for that subcontractor.
Additionally, at the individual user rating location, allow the user to provide a brief comment along with their rating.
