Show a Bidders list of those who haven't submitted bid (without the No's)
Allow user to filter a bid list by the subcontractors who have not sent in their bid and/or who are unconfirmed. This option will allows the estimator to get a concise list of bidders who have not sent their bids yet or have not confirmed if they are bidding or not.
