Since we pay per fax, it sometimes doesn’t make sense to send every addendum notice to all subs every time. I usually wait until closer to the bid date and send a notice for all addendums. If we had the ability to send addendum notices, or any notices, to emails only it would allow us to get this info out earlier without all the extra faxes.
