Direct Download/Drag and Drop an Uploaded Subcontractor Bid
It would be efficient and helpful for a direct download of a bid when a subcontractor uploads a bid to Pipeline or the ability to drag and drop the uploaded bid from Pipeline to your desktop.

Comprehensive list of data usage
It would be nice to be able to print off one list showing each job listed in Pipeline with the amount of MB that job has used within it.

Industry Codes
Have a set of Industry Standard Divisions & Trades available from a checklist of Industries.
This would allow the User to select their particular industries common Division & Trades, instantly populating this area with the basic specialties of their industry.
They would still provide their own database, list, address book, etc. of companies they choose to use for their region, but the Industry Division & Trade Codes would serve as an initial and uniform structure.
• Building and Construction Trades:
a. CSI
b. NIGP
• Military Manufacturers and Suppliers
a. Do they have different Trade Codes? NDIA?

Invitation
Be able to edit your invitation while viewing it on the view/send invitation page as it is not laid out the same in the project info tab. Things don't always align the same and do not look as neat.

Resize Calendar
Add a Setting Option to allow the Calendar to Resize Automatically so that no projects are hidden. That is you do NOT have to use the Scroll Bar to move the Calendar up or down to see ALL of the available projects.

If no bid date is listed, job doesn't show on job list. Can this be changed?

Invitation Mass Download
All for the download of ALL invitations for each companies entry on the Bidders List all at once.
Presently all such Invitations must be downloaded one-by-one-by-one, with 6 clicks in the download cycles per invitation.
Presently working through 100 or so such downloads on a 192 entry Bidders List, in order to ensure that we make contact with required HUB Companies through two verifiable contact methods.

Invitation PDF Set-Up for US Mail
Some HUB Compliance processes require a certain number and/or type of contact methods to be used.
For those times when we must resort to sending an old-fashioned snail mail letter, having the ITB in a format friendly to use in a Standard #10 Window Envelope would be very helpful.
While Labels and Envelopes can be printed through varying processes with the individual recipient on them, having the recipients address positioned for a Window Envelope will allow the use of pre-printed company envelopes, without the concern of misplacing an ITB into the wrong envelope.

US Mail Service Providers
Building on the US Mail Formatted Invitation idea I just submitted...
Consider partnering with one or more "Mail Service Providers" (National or Regional as needed).
- Once you get the Invitation format set-up for the Window Envelope
- Allow the User to select All or Individual Bidders to send to via US Mail as they need
- The User submits the Mail List
- The Mail List goes to the National or Regional Mail Service Provider, who prints, stuffs, and mails the ITBs out within 24-48 hours.
Assumption:

Search Criteria - Exclude
When searching bidders, a way to search FOR say, Roofers (CSI7500 / NIGP-91473), but EXCEPT for those that also do "Construction Management" (CSI-01000 Gen. Cond. Misc Trades / NIGP-91268).
Basically a way to exclude other General Contractors, that have listed themselves as performing various trade work (though they sub it out), so that we only notify the "true" roofing subs.

Search Criteria - Save Search or Selection Criteria
Allow search criteria to be saved as a matter of record when bidders are added to a project.
Example:
Save: 10-24-18 @ 02:07 EST
Search Criteria: Filter Groups: Regulars, 50 Mile Radius
Added #: 226
Added Trades: 07500, 91473Reason:
Boss: "WHY ISN'T SO AND SO ON THE LIST! WE WORK WITH THEM ALL THE TIME! !@#$%$"
Me: "You had me keep a tight area (50 miles) of the project for subs because we were ending up notifying other GCs..."
Boss: ".......Well add them to the list all the time from now on!"

Project Cancellation
When deleting a project from your currently bid list, seeing if we could have an automatic message sent out to all bidders that the project has been cancelled and a note attached.

Display Projects by Active/Under Construction and Bidding
It'd be fantastic to be able to separate active/under construction jobs and bids that show up in the "Upcoming Projects" table. It's nice to show website visitors projects our current projects and ones we're bidding on to show we're busy/active, making us more attractive to subcontractors, contracts, etc.

have more control to scheduled reminder emails
I would like the option to choose which time of day and what days reminder emails are sent. Maybe use a calendar popup to highlight the days to send, this would eliminate the holiday/weekend emails that become redundant.

Sending out Notices or ITBs by just clicking those who have not uploaded
There is an option to send to bidders who have confirmed but we have not yet received however most people don't even click if they will be bidding so it would be nice to have an option to send to all bidders except for those who have already submitted their bid. Or just being able to go through the bid list and selecting the subs via a check box instead of having to individually send one at a time.
