Bid Invite Layout
It would be nice to be able to see how the scope, plans and other info will layout while typing it verses having to bounce back and forth from the info page to the view/send invite.

webinars
Please record your live webinars and have them stored in a library of training sessions for download or streaming to anyone 24/7. I don't understand giving live training over and over, when you can do it once, record it and have it available for everyone at any time.
Having scheduled times are just too restrictive in a busy day at the office.1 vote -
Website column in Pipeline Directory Results
Please include a column for company website in Pipeline Directory search results. This will allow for quick any easy navigation to ensure one is not adding a competing contractor to their directory. It will also allow for quick preliminary evaluation of services/trades.

email a company from search
If i don't have a bid and just need to contact a subcontractor it would be nice to be able to send an email after using the search bar. Similar to when i do have an itb and i click on the company it gives me the option to send email.

Contractor within range of zip code report
Would it be possibly to have a custom report option to lookup contractors within a range of a zip code for specific trade codes similar to the options used to setup a project and and add contractors within a range?
We look these up often and currently have to setup a dummy project in order to gather that list.1 vote -
Sending an automatic note a few hours after the tender closing to "thank them for their bid and to please await for further notices"
If we could have another notice maybe a few hours after the tender is closed. To thank everyone for their bids and to remind them for example that we will need a 1-2 weeks to finalize our decisions etc. This will hopefully prevent numerous calls and emails to find out when the tender will be awarded. We would also like to be able to send it out to all or some of the bidders.

Business Card Scanning, direct import
From mobile OS, photo scan a business card directly into my Pipeline directory. Or integration into one of the popular apps. I'll write a user story if you want.

Notice of Award feature for subcontract bidders
It would be very helpful if changing the status of a bidder on the bidders list to "awarded" triggered a "Notice of Award" email that is queued up to be sent to the bidder. This could be held in notifications and sent at the time we choose, not sent immediately.
Currently we can sort by awarded bidders, but a filter to only display awarded bidders would be very useful once the project has been awarded for post bid purposes.

DO NOT USE List
If for any reason, we determine that we no longer want to use a particular subcontractor, instead of deleting them from companies, it would be good if they could be checked as "Do Not Use" and they are disabled from receiving invitations to be until that status changes.
This would have some key benefits.
If the subcontractor has a temporary situation making them unqualified, they can be placed on this list until the situation is corrected.
If the status is permanent, they remain on the list, and if someone in the future unaware of the status tries to add them,…

Allow a User Preference setting for "Resend Invites to Unconfirmed" on every project.
So that user doesn't have to go to Project Settings and turn it on for every single project (just like the user setting for Bid Reminders).

Project specific filtering in 'View Bidders' in new UI
In new UI, Project, View Bidders, right now- it gives you a list of all trades in grid format, click on the trade and it shows you who has been invited to that trade with the info, etc. That works great, my suggestion is to make it filter out the trades not associated for that particular project. If there is a trade no one is invited on, don't show it on the page. For people like us that have many trades listed in pipeline, it would make it much quicker to go through the applicable trades to see who is…

Contact Sending Preference Default
When selecting a specific contact for a project, the pop up screen defaults to "Apply this setting to everything from now on". W feel like the default should be, the less destructive "Apply this setting only to this project". We have had users hastily click OK inadvertently making a global change.

Bids Turned in vs Total Bids
Add the total number of bids and the % of bids turned in versus the number of invited subcontractor. It would be good to have this at the top of the "View Bidders" screen.

Notice with link to docs
When sending Notice, it would be help to be able to add link for all project documents (plans, drawings, addendum, etc). Sometimes need to send with all project information, but not an invitation to bid.

Sub website link
Under company info, on their website link, create a hyperlink capability so I don't have to copy and paste the address into a new web browser tab. Easy update. Just a little icon to the left of the website input that has the open new tab icon.

Synchronize Subcontractor Feedback Data
Subcontractor feedback does not always come directly through the PipelineSuite portal. Some still respond via email, some enter information late or missing, resulting in contract status reports that often do not reflect actual progress. I have tried incorporating custom reports, but the data is still fragmented and difficult to use for overall analysis. Are you using a solution to automate the collection and updating of subcontractor feedback into PipelineSuite while ensuring data

Outlook must be used as our primary email program. It is constantly necessary to send rapid emails, private emails, and continuous correspondence. This is not possible in the pipeline. Additionally, all employees in the office require the contact details, and since they are not in the estimating department, they are unable to utilize the pipeline.1 vote -
Put in "Owner Bid Date" and substitute "Sub-Contractor Bid Date" for "GC Bid Date"
The "GC bid date" is causing confusion for some subscribers, so please be aware that there is leeway for interpretation.
Perhaps we might find exactly what we're searching for if we had one that reads "Owner Bid Date" and another that reads "Sub-Contractor Bid Date."
Even at this office, some people believe that the "GC Bid Date" is when GC submits its bid to the owner, while others could think that it is for "Sub-contractors to submit to GC."
Having a "Owner Bid Date" would greatly help to clarify that! Additionally, substitute "Sub-Contractor" for "GC" in lieu of the GC…
