Search button - remove a click
When I click the search button, I then have to click into the box with my mouse and place the cursor in the line to type. A suggestion would be if I click the search function, just have the cursor ready to go because there is no other action possible in the window. Why is this important - becuase it reduces clicks to take action.

How to optimize the transition from one package to another?
In large construction projects with multiple bid packages, I have used PreconSuite's Bid Packages & Bid Phases module to send out bids to different subcontractors. However, the division of packages and simultaneous priority management is very manual.
I would like to ask:
Has anyone applied the method of automatically creating bid packages based on criteria (such as trade codes, geographic areas or schedules) and how to optimize the transition from one package to another?

Subcontractor feedback does not always come directly through the PipelineSuite portal. Some still respond via email, some enter information late or missing, resulting in contract status reports that often do not reflect actual progress. I have tried incorporating custom reports, but the data is still fragmented and difficult to use for overall analysis. Put in "Owner Bid Date" and substitute "Sub-Contractor Bid Date" for "GC Bid Date"
The "GC bid date" is causing confusion for some subscribers, so please be aware that there is leeway for interpretation.
Perhaps we might find exactly what we're searching for if we had one that reads "Owner Bid Date" and another that reads "Sub-Contractor Bid Date."
Even at this office, some people believe that the "GC Bid Date" is when GC submits its bid to the owner, while others could think that it is for "Sub-contractors to submit to GC."
Having a "Owner Bid Date" would greatly help to clarify that! Additionally, substitute "Sub-Contractor" for "GC" in lieu of the GC…

How does the voting system work if I want to change my votes later?
How does the voting system work if I want to change my votes later? For example, if I’ve already voted on a suggestion but then find another idea I prefer, is there a way to remove or reassign my vote? It would be helpful to understand how flexible the system is so users can support the ideas that matter most to them.

Show address of project on Faxed Invitation
Email already shows job address, but would be nice if the faxed invitation did also.

When Deleting a Project, ask user if they would like to Export Bidders List.
Since deleting a project is final, ask user if they would like to Export the bidders list so that at least they have a record of who was invited, etc.

Add a Report for Missing Group
Under Contacts>Reports, add a Missing Group report. Allow us to select from any of our Groups and display contacts that are not in that Group.

extra digit
my cell will, but the phone system does not auto correct if I leave out the extra 1 (if required), but your system will not let me add it in so I'm frustrated when I call and get that stupid answer service

Send fax invites/notices if email fails to go through.
Allow all invites/notices to send as emails first and if the email doesn't go through, a backup fax will be sent. We have a lot of subs/suppliers constantly changing emails without notice which means we have a lot of invites/notices not going through.

Contractors Bidding on multiple disciplines
There are a lot of our sub-trades that bid on multiple divisions or sections of a tender, it would be nice to see what other sections they are bidding on in the same tab.
