Is it possible to observe the update history of ideas that have been voted on?
While utilizing the feedback system powered by PipelineSuite, at times I feel like reviewing the complete history of ideas that I have voted for and checking if they have been switched to a different status, updated or combined into another proposal. So far I have not identified any place that distinctly shows the list of proposals I have cast my vote on, thus it is quite hard to keep monitoring the progress or new updates from the developer team.
Could everybody please inform me: Is it possible in the system to see the voting history or the list of proposals…

Suggestions for Improving Real-Time Project Progress Reporting
Hello everyone,
PipelineSuite: real-time project progress reporting with dynamic charts and automatic alerts for delays. Currently, progress tracking is still quite manual and lacks visual appeal.
Some specific ideas:
The progress chart updates instantly when tasks are marked as completed.
A system that alerts when a task is at risk of being delayed based on historical data.
Integrated display directly on the dashboard, making it easy for managers and the team to observe.
What do you think? Are there any ways to further improve the user experience?

Add Activity Timeline With Cross-Pipeline Visibility for Better Deal Tracking
Hi everyone,
I'm using PipelineSuite to manage multiple pipelines in parallel, and I've noticed that tracking activity history across pipelines is quite fragmented.Currently, when a contact or deal moves through multiple pipelines, I have to open each pipeline separately to see:
interaction history
team notes
previously completed steps
This slows down the process of understanding the context, especially when handing over leads between departments.
Suggestion:
A centralized Activity Timeline that allows:Viewing the entire contact/deal history across all pipelines
Filtering by activity type (note, status change, task)
Clearly displaying the pipeline and stage at the time the activity occurred

Show address of project on Faxed Invitation
Email already shows job address, but would be nice if the faxed invitation did also.

When Deleting a Project, ask user if they would like to Export Bidders List.
Since deleting a project is final, ask user if they would like to Export the bidders list so that at least they have a record of who was invited, etc.

Add a Report for Missing Group
Under Contacts>Reports, add a Missing Group report. Allow us to select from any of our Groups and display contacts that are not in that Group.

show a column on the Select Trades screen with the number of contractors in the database within that trade
I'd like to see a column on the trade selection screen showing the number of total contacts in the database for that trade.

extra digit
my cell will, but the phone system does not auto correct if I leave out the extra 1 (if required), but your system will not let me add it in so I'm frustrated when I call and get that stupid answer service

Send fax invites/notices if email fails to go through.
Allow all invites/notices to send as emails first and if the email doesn't go through, a backup fax will be sent. We have a lot of subs/suppliers constantly changing emails without notice which means we have a lot of invites/notices not going through.

Contractors Bidding on multiple disciplines
There are a lot of our sub-trades that bid on multiple divisions or sections of a tender, it would be nice to see what other sections they are bidding on in the same tab.

Time and Date Note
When you leave a note under a contractor, it provides the date, it would be also nice if it provided the time as well?

Also ask the subs in their Update My Info form, what counties they are willing to work in.

allow user cancellation of transmission
If a user determines they have made an error, allow them to cancel the transmission of an invitation or notice before it is sent.

Allow Bid Upload to be turned on-off on a per Project basis.
We have projects for which we request sealed bids and do not want to allow Subs to upload bids, AND we have some projects that we do allow to upload.
We would like to provide our Subs the option of uploading their bid on a PER PROJECT basis. Pipeline currently does not allow us to assign project-by-project, It's an all or nothing option.

Companies Profile should state the user who last updated it
It would be nice when people are entering in a new company or just simply updating some information on a companies profile, to state the user that last edited the information.
