Add Tab for "Awarded Projects" like the the "Pending Projects" tab.
To access those project quicker.

When using a filter to help select bidders, then leaving to check a contact, leave filter on.
Currently if you apply a filter when selecting bidders, then use the Keyword Search for example to see what trade a certain sub is in, then go back to select bidders, the filter goes away. Would be better to keep the filter applied until I manually click the Clear Filter button.

Allow us to print entire bidders by trade list for a project with a fresh page for each trade.
We like to create a bid comparison sheet for each trade by typing in the price received from each bidder. Right now if we print the entire list, sometimes 2 or 3 trades are on a page. If we print each individually, it takes an hour.

allow multiple divisions within a company to send tenders (ie. mechanical vs. electrical)
Multiple divisions have differing company logos, contacts, etc. that would be great to be able to differentiate when sending different tenders.

add a prompt that would suggest that subs update their contact record in Pipeline once every XXX days when logging in
I suggest to add a prompt that would suggest that subs update their contact record in Pipeline once every XXX days when logging in. This would remind subs to review their listing and update outdated information. This would also remind subs that they CAN do this without asking us to do it for them.

Show date Bidders responded Yes or No
On bidders list, be able to see the date the sub responded, and if multiple contacts, which contact responded.

Show sent log in a Contact's record.
Be able to view a contact and see everything that was sent to them, most recent on top of the list. Show both faxes and emails.

Using enter key on contact list
Being able to use the enter key during adding a contact without it saving the information would help since you are using your keypad to enter phone and fax numbers etc.. It is a natural habit to hit enter when using the keypad.

Print invitations to bid
It would be helpful to be able to print individual invitations to bid to have back-up for MBE Requirements.

Have a print screen option for company profiles
Right now, when you print a company's information, anything off screen (such as multiple email addresses) is cut off in the print out.

Spell Check Default
Make spell check default 'on' in lieu of having to toggle on.

Add a “select all” feature/button somewhere in the admin drop-down that could control enable or disable faxes of entire database.
Adding the ability to select or unselect all database entries (manipulating whether they receive faxes or not) in one shot would be a great time efficiency feature. I had to open each database entry individually and select or unselect fax and took way too much of my time. Most Subs prefer email, but there are some "old-school" Subs that prefer faxes. Thanks for considering my idea!

Bidders List -
Give an option for the bidders list to be printed in "portrait" orientation, rather than just "landscape" orientation. In lanscape, when entire list is printed double-sided, following the pages is confusing. In portrait, double-sided printing would read just like a book would.

There needs to be a way to notify subs if their bids are competitive or not
We need to be able to let subs that bid a project know if their bid was competitive or not. The old system we used allowed us to let a sub know if they were competitive by sending a message that they were within 10% of the low bid, were between 10-20% of the low bid or more than 20% higher than the low bid. This kept us from having to answer phone calls from subs wondering how their bid was. This woudl laso allow us to track subs by how competitive their bids are compared to other bidders.

Select Bidders
When selecting bidders on a project it would be useful to have a link to open a map to where project is located and also utilize the subs addresses and show their locations on a map

Drag and Drop Subcontractors Bid
It would be extremely efficient to be able to drag and drop a subcontractors bid and then upload when they do not upload to Pipeline and you want to add their bid.

Master Bidders List
We need a hot key to get to the masters bidders list! After I have the bidding process going that is where i spend most of my time, adding notes to the bidders.

Lock and Unlock Groups
Lock and Unlock Groups. After bid day- we make sure and make sure all bidders are entered into the Pipeline database. It is time consuming to have to follow so many steps, tabs etc. if we could at least lock the grouping it would be one less step when entering a large amount of subs from the same area in one setting.
