search by note contentents
I am trying to find which sub i noted "good at asphalt patching". I have spent over an hour looking and cant find it. It would be great to be able to search by notes. I have had this happen multiple times. Thanks

Bidding Subcontractor change in status
When viewing the master sub list for a given project, it would be nice to filter a change in subcontractor status (yes,no,unc) for a given time. Perhaps since last login, 2 hrs, 24 hrs, etc.

Make an option to remove invited subs that have responded "no" directly from the master bidders list
When you organize the masters bidder's list by "yes", "no" and undecided, there should be a way to take those that have responded no and remove them from the bidders list so they do not receive future notices/ invitations.

Add Map It link in Bid Invitation Email like it is in Sub's Portal
Add a Map It link (google map) in the initial email, next to the address like it is in the portal information tab.

Provide the ability to print a bid list filtering the range of bidders within a certain radius of the project.
You can currently select bidders based on groups or a given mileage radius surrounding the project as long as you input the zip code of the project. It would be helpful in analyzing bid coverage on project where there is local participation requirement on the project.

Provide the ability to print bid lists filtering confirmed yes and confirmed no
Currently the web interface works well with providing a filtered list when looking for only bidders who are confirmed or not. When viewing the confirmed bidders only, there is no option for printing a "formatted" bid list (i.e. it cuts off half of the information). For example when clicking on bidders by trade and you click the link to print the bid list, it formats it in a "printer friendly" format allowing for all information to be shown on an 8.5x11 piece of paper. There is no option for this when filtering by confirmed yes or no.

Label Bidders By Trade
It would be nice if when you print out the bidders by trade list if it said somewhere on it what trade the list is for. Right now, it is just a guessing game and you have to try to go back in and match it up.

Give option to send notices via. 'Select' Function to ;Yes', but 'not Bid'
Please give us the option to be able to send it to vendors who have replied with a 'Yes', but not yet submitted their bid by trade. Right now we have a global option, but if we want to remind just the concrete subs about something, there's no way to send notices to Concrete who have said Yes, but not submitted bids...
1 voteGood idea, yes now you can send a Bid Reminder to everyone that said Yes but you haven’t received their bid. But like you said, it goes to all subs in all trades that have not submitted a bid.

Embed the Logo in Emails so it always shows up for subs
Embed the Logo in emails so it does not come across on the browsers as an Optional View that they have to enable to view.

Customize Invitation Layout
Allow me to customize where everything goes on Bid Invitations and Notices. Would like to be able to tweak layout and info. A Design your own page so to speak.

Make Button colors changeable in Subcontractor Portal
Let us pick the button design and colors so they are more in keeping with our website and design. I understand your coloring, but would like a more professional appearance if possible

Project Field
Need additional features for input, like Architect, Owner, Owner's Rep that does not show up to the subs but for internal purposes only. Also on the projects module, would be nice if we could print a report that shows what ever info about the job we want - a master list however we want to sort / show so to speak.

Put a shortcut in the pencil items to the coverage report
We use that regularly to see how the project is looking and it's cumbersome to get to otherwise

Add a phone number field under Contact Info for a direct number
I'm finding more contacts have a direct dial number in addition to a cell number, and I don't want to lose track of the main office number that I prefer to enter in case we need to contact someone else in the company, i.e., the main contact has left the company or is on vacation. The same would hold true for the additional contact screen info.

It would be very helpful if you added a column in this window that showed the title, i.e., Owner, Estimator, Acctg., to make it easier to determine which person(s) to send notices.
