Merging Companies
If you have duplicate companies and would like to merge them into one, use the Merge Companies feature.
1. There are a few places to access this feature.
a) In the lower left, click the Reports icon and you'll see "Duplicate Companies" with three report options by Company Name and Address, Contact Email, or Phone.

b) Click the Companies icon in the left Orange menu, then
click Merge Companies (the three lists of possible duplicate companies will be in the upper right)..
c) From any Company record, click "Find Duplicates" in the upper right.
2. On the Merge Companies screen, one option is to use "Merge into Company" and then "Search for Company" on the left. Another option is to use one of the lists of possible duplicates in the upper right:
a) Company and Address
b) Email
c) Phone
From the list, find obvious duplicate companies and click the blue "Merge" button on the one you want to KEEP as the primary contact.
3. Normally you will see the probable duplicate companies listed in the lower left. Click "Select Company" next to the one(s) that you want to merge into your original Primary selection. (If you do not see any companies listed, use the Search to find duplicates, and try typing portions of the company name).
4. Click the blue "Merge Selected Companies" button in the upper-right, and "Yes" to continue.
5. If there are any data fields that are different in the records, you will be asked which data field governs.
