Mass assign companies or merge entire trades and/or groups

The purpose of this feature is to mass assign Companies to a Trade or Group, or to mass merge entire trade(s) and/or group(s).

  1. Go to Companies> Mass Assign Trades/Groups.
  2. Select from either Trades or Groups (notice there are two tabs/lists at the top), select which Trade or Group you want as the "target" to mass assign companies, trades or groups into. 
  3. Click the blue button to Continue to Select Companies, Trades, or Groups, then select the green button "Assign to all Companies..."
  4. You will see a popup in the upper right "Assignments Made". All done!
