What is PreconPrequal™?
Way more than a Prequalification module, PreconPrequal is a robust custom forms system that allows you to gather whatever subcontractor data is imported to your company.

Automate and streamline your subcontractor qualification process by allowing vendors to fill out an electronic qualification form instead of a PDF, which saves you time retyping their info. Create custom fields for EMR, COI Expiration or Bonding Limits for example, and view their inputs in their company record! -
Keep your sub's data up to date by sending an annual "Subcontractor Update" Form.
Create and send a simple update form that allows your subs to quickly and easily make sure you have their correct contact info, Trades, or Groups. Another benefit of sending this form is to get a list of bad emails that you can correct (or add PipelineSuite's Email Clean-up Service if you don't have time). - Embed a Sign-up Form on your website for new subcontractors.
Attract new subcontractors to your website sign-up form. After they sign up, you get an email alert to review their data and add them to your database in one click. No data entry required. -
Embed an "Update My Info" form in your Planroom Portal.
Your planroom portal has an "Update My Info" tab where your subs can make sure their Company and Contact info is up to date. By embedding a custom form, you can have them update any other data such as Trades, Groups, or even custom fields you might have (Insurance Expiration Date, License Number, etc.) You can also ask them to upload their current Certificate of Insurance, W-9, or anything else you need updated.
