Provide a function to copy contacts
When we work with companies that have multiple contacts, we enter each person as a unique contact. It would be more convenient and less error prone to be able to be able to copy a contact record rather than re-entering the company information.

This has been added. In a contact, there is now a button to Copy Company, which will copy everything except the contact name, Trades, and Groups.

Can the trades and groups be copied over as well? In most cases, they would be the same for the copied contact.

Good idea. We often have a company that wants us to contact two people to help ensure an Invitation to Bid is not missed by one person (e.g., an admin assist is often asked to be copied).

Agreed. We should be able to open up the company in the contact list and then add multiple people under the same company.
