User Setting: Show/Not Show Either or both bid dates on Bid Calendar (Different Colors)
Same idea as user setting preference to Show or Not Show GC Bid Date on Invitation, allow user setting preference to Show or Not Show Sub Bid Date and/or GC Bid Date on their Bid Calendar.
