Change the calendar view option
I would like to see the previous week and the next 3 weeks - this week, being the last week of December - I'm looking at 3 weeks of outdated projects.

This is done! This is now a User Preference to set as your default Calendar. Go to Admin> My Record> User Preferences, change the default Calendar to “Rolling Six Weeks” and Update Profile.
