need more than yes/no/unc as confirmed bidders
Most times responses are not so clear cut - need: Might Bid, Will look at, If they have time, reqd dwgs/specs, not sure yet, i have gotten allt hese responses on EVERY project we bid and no way to let the PM see this - so I print out the list and write it in - then the boss askes why I am not using PLS... OR just give us a blank line we can type these diff scenarios in ourselves!

I think the "Notes" column is a good place to type this information, but this feature doesn't work most of the time, or only accepts 2 words.
