New Optional Function to Add bidders from an alphabetical list
Sometimes we have people in the office send out invites that are unfamiliar with the CSI Code Divisions. Is it possible to have a link that would show us all contacts in our database in alphabetical order where we'd be able to choose to add them to a project? Right now we have to click on one of the 16 division links, and then click on the specific section under each division. It'd be nice to have an alphabetical listing of all divisions combined, in case we only know the company name but not their type of work. Thanks!

You can now add bidders from a list of your companies sorted Alphabetically at Project Options> Select Bidders> By Alphabetical.
Notice if there are multiple trades assigned to the company, you will see a bullet button to click to uncheck any trades you don’t want to invite them to.

If you know the company you want to invite, find them using the Keyword Search, then click on their Projects tab, and then "Add Contact to Projects". Make sure you click on the Star next to the trade you want to invite them to.
