In addition to Yes/No/Unconfirmed, add a choice for Sumitted Bid

You can now manually enter and track which sub actually submitted a bid to you. Use the new Admin>System Preference>Bidders List Preference and “Show” Bid Received so that the new “Rcvd” column shows up on your Bidder List screen. (Only users with Admin authority role will be able to edit your System Preference).

With this function,you can aslo track which subs actually have submitted quotes.. Then weed out the ones who don't submit quotes,when they are invited.

With this function, you would be able to send out a Thank You to those who actually submitted a bid.

I usually send out reminders to people that are unconfirmed or picked Yes that they are bidding. However, some people already sent in their bids and get annoyed that they are still getting reminders. If there was a 4th option for people who already submitted a bid, it would be greatly appreciated!
