Add a Sub-contractor Pre-qualification automated function
Be able to create a Prequalification form, including entering our own custom questions. Subs that get it via email complete the form online, and saves a copy in their record under their Files tab. The form can also be modified and copied to the GC's website for new subs to sign up, including selecting their trades and Groups. Upon signing up, the GC is sent an email alert to "Accept", which will automatically add them to the database.

As it becomes more and more of a task to "Pre-Qualify" a subcontractor either by a specific project or as a trade specific contracor the process is hard to manage, it would be great to add a function within each contact that would allow the GC to send out a request to update there contact information and give them a way to add a pre-quall form, this form can contain all the inportant contact info and all the financial, insurance and previous, current projects, labor status, and many other standard, semi-custom and custom fields that can help in making a decison to hire this sub, this "tab" could also tie off to a subcontractor rating system.
