If a project is archived before the bid date automatically turn off future subcontractor notifications.
I had a project that we decided not to bid. I sent a notice to the subcontractors notifying them that we decided not to bid. I then archived the project to keep the invited bid list intact for possible future use. I forgot to turn off the notifications setting before I archived the project. Bid reminders were sent to the subcontractors per the settings which caused confusion among the subcontractors as to whether or not we were bidding. It would be helpful if the automatic reminders could automatically be turned off if the project is archived prior to the scheduled bid date.
