Develop a Quick Reply Button
Instead of having them click on a link to go to the webstie and then click, no, yes, unconfirmed. If there was a way to have them click right away on the email that would make life 10 times easier.
If there is a way to send an update email a week bfore the bid date with only yes/ no, again making life 10 times easier.
