Sending PreQual Form to Email Address Not in Database
Provide a blank field in the PreQual (Send to Individual) drop down menu so an email address NOT already in the database can be entered.

You can now generate a link to a blank form to Company/Contact not in your database. Copy and paste the link to a blank form via the "Send" or "Embed" buttons.
