    Also, the system doesn't allow me to totally DELETE a user. Why not?

    I agree! Many times the GC needs to print out a report of all RFI's (open and closed) and bring to meeting with Owner/Architect.

    I agree with this suggestion. Most times the Sub will attach a marked up plan/spec sheet highlighting area(s) they are questioning.
