Finding (calling) subcontractors which have been invited to a project.
It would be helpful if every occurrence of a sub who has been invited to a project shows up in any pertinent window that is opened ( for example - if a Flooring sub is listed under "Resilient" and "Tile", when the "Resilient" tab is opened, that sub shows up twice - once for "Resilient", once for "Tile". That way, it is not necessary to change windows in order to mark them bidding both or just one, etc.

You can see all the trades a sub was invited to on the Master Bid List. It is sorted alphabetically by company, and you can also sort by CSI trade by clicking on the CSI column heading. Another way to see all the trades a company was invited to is by pulling up their company record and clicking on their Projects tab.

When I look at my bidders list for a project it would be nice if all the trades that company was invited to bid were listed on one line by their name instead of a separate line for each trade. To many times I make multiple calls to the same prospective bidder because all trades they have been invited to bid are not listed together.
