Allow Notices to be Templated/Copied over to a new project
It would be nice to have Notice Templates that i can create and use over and over, similar to the Copy Project or Copy Bid List feature.

You can now create Notice Templates and re-use them to save time entering the same ones!

Create a Tab in Notices that allows you to duplicate a notice previously sent and allow you to edit or modify as necessary.
Ex: For RFI's or Addendum's.
RFI # XX or Addendum # XX has been posted for your review.
