Add "Invitation to Bid" verbiage to email subject
Add "Invitation to Bid" in front of the project name in the email subject line. Seems to get more attention from bidders than just the project name. Even "ITB" may be sufficient.

This is done! The setting is at Admin> My Record> User Preferences: Add Invitation Title in Email Subject

I am finding out how frequently our ITBs are getting ignored because the subject isn't grabbing subs' attention. I asked a few if they would pay more attention if the subject line was different and they said they would.

I like this idea and I'm guessing it will be added, just a matter of prioritizing the other ideas with more votes.
