integrate with FullContact
Full Contact is a cloud base program that you can take from your pc to your tablet or to your cell. It is a wonderful app to call your subs. You also have a tab option to list either csi codes or just a name of a trade. It would be WONDERFUL if these two programs could work together so if someone needs to call you they would be programmed already, or if you need to contact them just to shoot a email there info are at your fingertips...

Projects by Estimator
It would be nice to have a way to pull up only the projects that I'm involved with rather than having to Ctrl+F to find my projects. If we had a 'My Projects' tab under projects that would be nice rather than having to shuffle through all of the other estimators/PM's projects. It would also be nice if that tab, once pulled up, gave the last updated date/time as well.

In addition to "Scope, Plans, and Other Info" fields for input, please add the following fields: "RFI's Due Date" and "Bid Due Date".

Format Prequal Forms
1) On my form and system, if you hit the return button it immediately thinks the form is completed, and sends it. A form should not be sent until the applicant reaches the bottom and clicks on the submit button.
2) for field like phone number or email, applicants should be forced into a standard system to ensure quality assurance of data. For example, I can incorrectly enter my phone number as 703-823-22322 or 72335585 (that's one digit short) and it will accept.

Contacts
My last rant o the day...
We are in a congested tristate area. Firms and individuals may have phone numbers with multiple area codes. In company contacts, the area code is listed for the primary; I guess it is assumed that fax and cell numbers will have the same area code. I know of companies with an 800-xxxx-xxxx main number, a 703-xxx-xxxx fax number and individuals with 240-xxx-xxxx cell numbers, all valid and local.For basic functionality, all phone numbers MUST show all 10 digits.

Project Report
It would be helpful to be able to print a project list.

Be able to select what states subs work in
I usually put a note on the company's profile telling me what states they work in but I don't always remember to look at it when I am selecting bidders. I suppose I could create groups, but that is a daunting task. It would be great to be able to click off the names of states like we choose their trade divisions and be able to select bidders by state.

Contact Sending Preference
When in the bidders list to change a contact the Contact Sending Preference box pops up with 2 options to apply this setting to. Can you add another option 'Apply this setting on all trades on this project'

Project OPR Access Report
I like using the Project OPR Access Report to see the last time subs access this but it would also be useful to see the other dates that the subs logged in / viewed project / downloaded information, on this report rather than going in to the Daily Activity Log.

Sorting Subcontractor List
It would be nice to be able to sort the subcontractor list by each field such as state, area code, phone number, zip code, city, etc.

Report Metrics on the Percentage of total awarded subs Bid Dollar Amount from a specific group like MBE
State requires showing that a certain percentage of bids to come from minority subs. Report on the Percentage of total awarded subs Bid Dollar Amount from a specific group like MBE for CHRO requirements.
