  1. Notice with link to docs

    When sending Notice, it would be help to be able to add link for all project documents (plans, drawings, addendum, etc). Sometimes need to send with all project information, but not an invitation to bid.

  3. Sub website link

    Under company info, on their website link, create a hyperlink capability so I don't have to copy and paste the address into a new web browser tab. Easy update. Just a little icon to the left of the website input that has the open new tab icon.

  4. Synchronize Subcontractor Feedback Data

    Subcontractor feedback does not always come directly through the PipelineSuite portal. Some still respond via email, some enter information late or missing, resulting in contract status reports that often do not reflect actual progress. I have tried incorporating custom reports, but the data is still fragmented and difficult to use for overall analysis. Are you using a solution to automate the collection and updating of subcontractor feedback into PipelineSuite while ensuring data

  5. Contacts can be exported as a PST file and then imported into Microsoft Outlook.

    Contacts can be exported as a PST file and then imported into Microsoft Outlook.
    Outlook must be used as our primary email program. It is constantly necessary to send rapid emails, private emails, and continuous correspondence. This is not possible in the pipeline. Additionally, all employees in the office require the contact details, and since they are not in the estimating department, they are unable to utilize the pipeline.

  6. Put in "Owner Bid Date" and substitute "Sub-Contractor Bid Date" for "GC Bid Date"

    The "GC bid date" is causing confusion for some subscribers, so please be aware that there is leeway for interpretation.

    Perhaps we might find exactly what we're searching for if we had one that reads "Owner Bid Date" and another that reads "Sub-Contractor Bid Date."

    Even at this office, some people believe that the "GC Bid Date" is when GC submits its bid to the owner, while others could think that it is for "Sub-contractors to submit to GC."

    Having a "Owner Bid Date" would greatly help to clarify that! Additionally, substitute "Sub-Contractor" for "GC" in lieu of the GC…

    Email already shows job address, but would be nice if the faxed invitation did also.

  9. When Deleting a Project, ask user if they would like to Export Bidders List.

    Since deleting a project is final, ask user if they would like to Export the bidders list so that at least they have a record of who was invited, etc.

  11. Add a Report for Missing Group

    Under Contacts>Reports, add a Missing Group report. Allow us to select from any of our Groups and display contacts that are not in that Group.

  12. show a column on the Select Trades screen with the number of contractors in the database within that trade

    I'd like to see a column on the trade selection screen showing the number of total contacts in the database for that trade.

  13. extra digit

    my cell will, but the phone system does not auto correct if I leave out the extra 1 (if required), but your system will not let me add it in so I'm frustrated when I call and get that stupid answer service

  14. Send fax invites/notices if email fails to go through.

    Allow all invites/notices to send as emails first and if the email doesn't go through, a backup fax will be sent. We have a lot of subs/suppliers constantly changing emails without notice which means we have a lot of invites/notices not going through.

  15. Contractors Bidding on multiple disciplines

    There are a lot of our sub-trades that bid on multiple divisions or sections of a tender, it would be nice to see what other sections they are bidding on in the same tab.

  16. Time and Date Note

    When you leave a note under a contractor, it provides the date, it would be also nice if it provided the time as well?

    Also ask the subs in their Update My Info form, what counties they are willing to work in.

  20. allow user cancellation of transmission

    If a user determines they have made an error, allow them to cancel the transmission of an invitation or notice before it is sent.
