Allow responding subcontractor to enter the name of the bidding estimator/salesman
Allow responding subcontractor to enter the name of the bidding estimator/salesman if it is NOT the person the bid invite was sent to.

An invited bidder should not be able to forward your invitation to others.

Print Screen on Invitation Page
When viewing the Invitation to bid, add a Print button which will open a pop up window that shows only the information under the orange line.

Under each contact, as opposed to seeing what someone has ever bid on
Under each contact, as opposed to only seeing the bid status on projects someone has ever bid on. We should also be able to see the notes for a specific job. This would be really helpful for cleaning out contacts that do not bid.

Revise the online planroom for the subcontractor
When the subcontractor clicks on the "respond" link, they are taken to a "home" tab. It would be nice if the home tab was merged with the project information tab, to display all of that on one page... Many times the project info tab is never clicked and if that isn't clicked and the email isn't read, the only thing the sub is looking at is that first "home" tab that doesn't convey a lot of information.

Include results from contact notes section when doing a keyword search
When using the keyword search at the bottom, show results from the contact "notes" as well.

Add Project ID Number to Master Bid List
It would be helpful to add the Project ID to any or all lists that print out. I have subs calling and giving me a project ID at time instead of a Project Name.

Phone and Email on Companies List By Trade
Add phone and email columns to the screen for Companies - List By Trade. Presently if we want to see a firms phone or email (to contact them) when we search for a firm by trade, each company needs to be opened up and then navigating back is burdensome.

Show the due date on the print out of the Master Bid List
When you print the master bid list it would be nice if showed the due date and time due.

Option to Show our Project Number on Bid Invite
Give us the option to include the Project Number (from the project input screen) on the Bid invitation.

Able to print entire database alphabetically by company.
Often we get a quick request for a phone number or email address. It's faster to go to an alphabetical listing than trying to remember every company's trade.

CSI Division Name on Tabs
It would be helpful to list the csi division NAME to the tabs when we view..or at least have a button to turn the name off or on..
within my company every one is still getting used to the 49 division names on the 2004 CSI edition1 vote -
Add a checkbox to the login screen that allows you to stay logged in.
So you don't have to login every time.

Link Bid Responses by Company
We are encountering some confusion when bid invitations are being sent to several people within a single company (as they've requested). One person might respond yes or no, but the remaining will show as undecided because they think the response has been documented for all invited. Could there be a way to update the response for everyone at the company when one responds?
