Filter Bidders List (Good Faith Effort Report)

From the View Bidders screen, you can filter by by one or more Groups. The common use-case for this is for Minority "Good Faith Effort" reporting, but can be used for filtering any Groups. 

To apply filters:
  1. Click "Filter by Group" in the upper right.



  2. Check the box for each Group, then click "Apply Filter". The filter uses the "ANY" logic, meaning any company with one of the Groups selected will show in the resulting list.



  3. To save the report as a PDF, click the PDF button in the upper right (must be in Bidders by Trade for PDF).



  4. Note that the PDF Report will show which Group filters were chosen, and you can choose which columns to show on your PDF report. For example, "Date Sent" is often required for a Good Faith Effort report, and possibly the actual Minority Certification (Group column).



  5. Reminder: You can select which columns to show by going to your system Settings > Bidder List, "Print View Columns".



  6. You can also export the list to Excel, and if the Groups column is set to "Show", Groups will export to Excel.
