The Bid Phases feature in PreconSuite allows you to rebid a project and keep the history of your prior Bid Phase(s) within the same project.

Steps to creating an additional Bid Phase (follow step numbers in the screenshot below):

1. Make sure your original/first Bid Phase has a Bid Phase Name before adding a new Bid Phase (under the Project name). Then go to the lower left menu and click "Add Bid Phase".
   
   
2. Enter the Bid Phase Name.
   
   
3. Enter the Bid Date (if any).
   
   
4. Choose option to Copy Files and/or Bidders from prior Bid Phase.
   
   
5. If any trades are not applicable to the new Bid Phase, uncheck them from the Trades list.
   
   Click the green "Create Bid Phase" button.
