Buttons on bid invites replaced with gibberish.

If your subcontractor tells you their Yes, No, Unsure buttons on your Bid Invites are getting replaced with gibberish like this image below, there is a setting they can make to fix that. It is Microsoft Defender 365 anti-malware software that is reading their emails and replacing URLs.



Have them go into their Microsoft Defender settings and turn on the setting "Do not rewrite URLs, do checks via Safe Links API only" (see below).
