Importing Drawings from Procore

You can import Drawings from Procore into a new or existing project in PreconSuite.

For a Project not created yet in PreconSuite:
This method will create the project in PreconSuite and import the Drawings from Procore.
  1. Upload Drawings into your project in Procore.
  2. In the PreconSuite Integration screen, go to Projects and select "Import Projects".



  3. Scroll and find the Procore project, then click "Import". (You can select multiple projects if you wish).



  4. If you upload any additional Drawings later, click the Sync button at the top of the Projects screen to import the new Drawing(s).


For a Project already created in PreconSuite and Procore:
This method will allow you to map the two projects and allow Drawings to import.
  1. Upload Drawings into your project in Procore.
  2. In the PreconSuite Integration screen, go to Projects and find the PreconSuite project. Click the pull-down to find your Procore project, then click "Map".



  3. The Drawings from Procore will show in your PreconSuite project's Planroom.
  4. If any subs were flagged as Awarded on your PreconSuite Bidders List, they will import into Procore main Directory and the Project Directory. Any uploaded bids from Awarded Bidders will show in your Procore Documents folder.
Adding/importing additional Drawings in Procore: 
If you upload any additional Drawings after the original import, click the Sync button at the top of the Projects screen to import the new Drawing(s).
