HCSS HeavyBid Quote Folder - PreconTabs Integration

The HCSS HeavyBid Quote Folders Integration allows you to:
  • Import Quote Folders from HeavyBid into PreconTabs.

HeavyBid Quote Folders Integration Instructions:

Prerequisite: Quote Folders have been created in HeavyBid and the estimates have been linked to a project.
(If using HeavyBid Desktop, confirm you have pressed "Sync Quote Prices").

  1. In PreconSuite, go to Settings > PreconSuite Integrations > Projects.

  2. Make sure the HCSS Project is mapped to your PreconSuite project.



  3. Click the down arrow on the mapped project to display the HCSS Quote Folders. When the "Import" button is clicked, it will create a Bid Form in PreconTabs.  



  4. In PreconTabs, open and edit each Bid Form to assign bidders from your Bidders List (either by Trade(s) or Bid Package).



  5. Preview and make any final edits to Bid Forms, Publish when ready, then Send Bid Invitations.
