    Eric, Can you provide more details, ie., what will the report look like, is it a copy of the Calendar or a list of Projects, and if it’s a list of projects, which ones and what data/columns would be needed.

    It could follow the standard views in outlook.
    A calendar view
    an agenda view
    Bids this week view with area for notes
    Date range to print between certain dates
