Add an option to make bidders inactive. When you delete them bidders can be added back by another employee.

New "Do Not Invite" check-box has been added to Subcontractor Company records. Once checked, they cannot be invited to projects unless you uncheck the box.

this is good. Currently we have been prefacing the name with Z_ to throw them to the bottom of the list, but we like to keep the info on file for future reference in many cases.
