I recently had a sub ask a question through the RFI feature and my response was sent to his co-worker (primary contact) instead. I didn't realize that was how the system worked. I think it should be changed so that the response goes to the contact that asked the question. Some of our subs quote multiple trades and have different contacts for different trades but only one contact can be the primary contact. The way it's currently set up I could have a sub asking a question regarding HVAC and the response go to someone working in the insulation division.
