Add a function that automatically generates an e-mail to subcontractors notifying them whether they are "Approved" or "Declined".

This has been added. Upon Approving or Declining a Prequal form, you have the option to send a custom/personalized email message.

This would be an AWESOME feature. It would cut down on the calls we receive asking for us to check their status!!
