Be able to change the heading "Invitation to Bid".
Would be nice to change the heading "Invitation to Bid" sometimes. Such as "Invitation to Bid - Second Notice" rather than using the Addendum function.

You can now change the heading from INVITATION TO BID to whatever you want. Go to Admin>My Record>User Preferences.
