Allow new subs to come to GC's company website and add themselves as a vendor.
After subs fill out their info on GC's website, which will send an email alert to the company admin to "Accept" or "Deny" the sub into the GC's pipelineRFQ database.
11 votesYou can now add a form to your website that allows you to direct subs to add themselves (upon your final approval). We will set up the form for you and work with your website developer to help. Email support@pipelinesuite.com for help in setting this up.

When subs update their info, let me click an "Allow" button to automatically make the change.
When a sub updates their own info, send email alert to GC with an "Allow" button . GC can review the change and click "Allow" to automatically change their info instead of having to retype it.
11 votesWhen subs Update their info, there is now an “Accept Changes” button in the email alert you get. When clicked, the changes now update automatically. You no longer have to open up the contact and make the changes.

Select Multiple contacts that the invitation is sent to
Allow the selection of multiple contacts to receive bid invitations from the same company contacts.
This way contacts/e-mails could stay separate, but all parties that need to receive ITBs can.
This should be presented as an option under the company information/contacts page.
Currently multiple e-mail addresses need to be added under the primary contact.
11 votesThis feature is done and live!

Choose who gets the Sub response/message email
I think it would be helpful if you could choose who gets the emails from the subs when the project creator and project contact are different users. I might set up the project for another Project Contact and I would rather not receive the emails.
10 votesYou can now set which of your company users gets these Sub Response/Messages in the Project’s Alerts tab, under “RFI Email Recipient”.

This feature idea has been completed a while ago but we hadn’t marked it as complete. Thanks for your feedback!

Show Which Projects an Individual Trade Submitted Quotations.
In the Contact Options have a column in the Projects tab that shows if the sub has “submitted” a quote next to each project listed. At present, there is a column for “confirmed”, but not if they actually quoted. It would be handy to view when dealing with individual subcontractors.
10 votesThis feature is actually already available. Just make sure you have “Bid Rcvd” as “Show” in your Admin> System Preferences, Bidder List Preferences and you will see in a Sub’s record which projects you have received a proposal on.

Have "unc" change to an orange "uns" in the bid list when bidder selects "Unsure"
At the moment, it appears that in the bidlist the "UNC" stays the same whether or not the bidder has selected "Unsure" or hasn't responded to the invite. It would be nice for the "UNC" in the bid list to be updated to "UNS" in orange so that it is easy to tell that the bidder at the least looked at the project.
10 votesThis is done! The color of the “Uns” option is Blue.

Login Screen - Move Subcontractor Login to Top, GC login bottom
When the subs go to the log in page it has both Users and subs log in on the same page. So i get several calls a day saying their email address is not recognized. That is very similar to how our old system worked, so they are confused.
10 votesThis has been completed! Your Subs will now see their login area on top to avoid any confusion some were having. GC’s login is underneath. It might take your company users some getting used to, but at least now all your subs will login easier!

We are marking this idea as “Completed” since you can now quickly add a contact to a project from their Projects tab. First add the contact, then click their Projects tab and “Add Contact to Project”. Make sure to check the star(s) next to the trades you want to invite them to. You can also send the invitation or any notice directly from the same screen!

Provide the YES, NO, Unc option to Notices.
As with the original invitation to bid. We now have a YES, NO, or UNC button in the body of the email. Can you please provide this same service in the body of emails of Notices that are sent out after the original ITB????
10 votesThis is done! It only shows on subs that haven’t responded. Thanks for the feedback idea!

Make it more effecient to UPDATE GROUPS on multiple companies
to be able to update groups on multiple companies at once. ie have a list of companies either alphabetically or by trade which shows all of the companies and the list of groups next to it and you can click on multiple boxes at once so you can update all companies quickly. This would be extremly helpful in designating multiple companies by Union or Open Shop/ State of Work/ Prevailing Rate/ ETC. Also it wouldnt hurt to have a delete contact button as well to help in cleaning up the database
10 votesYou can now assign multiple Companies to a Group or Groups.
Companies> Mass Assign Trades/GroupsYou can also do the same with Trades.

Download All Bids into One Zip File
Add a button to download a zip file of all bids uploaded by subs categorized by CSI Trade. Zip each CSI trade's bids into its own zip file labeled by CSI Code, and then zip up each of those into one master zip file for download.

Set bidders list to sort by CSI trade code by default
Currently the list is set to sort alphabetically by business name and I appreciate the ability to sort as we want, but most often we organize and manage our bidder list according to CSI code. As it is currently, we sort by CSI when we first open the Master Bid List page but everytime we return (which is quite often and it is not an option on the "quick button" tool bar at the bottom of the screen) we have to re-sort and then if we decide to print the bid list, we have to re-sort again after selecting "print".…
9 votesWe just finished adding the feature you requested or voted for! Here is how to set your default sort of your Master Bid List to be by Trade Code instead of by Company:
Go to:
- "Your Profile and Settings" (lower left)
- User Profile
- User Preferences (upper middle)
- Scroll near the bottom and change the Master Bid List Sort to "Trade Code".

The ability to delete a note in a contact.
I would like the ability to delete a note in a contact. currently you an only edit and erase the text, but would like to have it go away.
9 votesUsers can now delete a note in a contact’s record. If there was a blank note inadvertently created in the past, users will be able to clean those up by deleting them. There will be a clickable line allowing user to open the blank note and then delete. Users won’t be able to create a blank note any more. Now the system prompts the user to add a note or go back if they inadvertently click the Add Note button.

Export a single contact's information to outlook or other email platforms.
Provide a way to export a single contact's information to outlook or other email platforms.
9 votesGood news! We recently added this feature that you voted for.
You can now download a V-Card of a contact in Pipeline, directly from a Bidders List on a project, or from the subcontractor/company's Contacts tab. Click the little bubble to the left of the contact name.

Add a second Bid Date date field. One for GC Bid Date, and the second for Subcontractor Bids Due.
Add a second date field under Bid Date. Change the first field heading to "Sub Bids Due" (no need to change the wording on the invitation), and the second one "GC Bid Date" and time. Next to or under the GC Bid Date have a check box [ ] Show on my Bid Calendar. (Show the GC Bid Date in a different color). You can either leave GC Bid Date blank or have it default to the same date as Sub Bid Date if user doesn't fill it in.
8 votesThe first implementation of this has been added. You can now specify a Sub and a GC bid date. There is no checkbox on the form. Please note all projects will need to be updated to reflect this change if you send the project out again.

Submitting a Pre-Qualification online
When a subcontractor completes a Pre-Qualification online they may not be able to complete everything at one time. There needs to be a save button to allow them to go back into the form later and not have to re-enter everything and I'm being told if they hit the enter key on keyboard it submits the form and it's not complete and have to start all over. Have a SUBMIT key that they have to click only when they are complete & ready to submit their pre-qual.
8 votesThis was a feature you created or voted on, that was completed recently. Subs can now save forms and come back and finish later.
