  1. Filters to sort inbox with Pre-Qualifications

    Add the capability to filter the Inbox for Pre-Qualifications so if you have several pages they could sort the subs in alpha order. (In case they submit multiple times accidently or someone else within company submits as well)

    Add the option to print the cell phone and email on the Bidder's List Print View.

  3. Option to go back to bid list after needing to update company information

    When reviewing the bid list or when making calls from a list and you have to make changes, you should be able to go back to the list you came. (Sort of like the change you made allowing us to go back to the home company page after adding a contact.)

    You can now edit company/contact info right on most screens! Just click on the phone or email for example, and you will see how you can edit it, which will edit in the company record!

  4. capability to select more than 1 trade division when selecting sub-trades.

    Currently when selecting sub-trades Individually, we can only select 1 master trade division (ie: 03, 10, or 26). Would make it easier, quicker and more simplied if we could select several master trades and then select the related minor trade divisions within.

  5. Combine the bid list and logs into one page

    Enhance the main bidders list to include the yes and no bidders on a project. This would allow just one page to be viewed.

  6. Change the calendar view option

    I would like to see the previous week and the next 3 weeks - this week, being the last week of December - I'm looking at 3 weeks of outdated projects.

  7. Be able to access and update company information when in "Select a Vendor"

    This would allow you to make any necessary corrections - eg: I see a vendor in in the wrong CSI code - I can immediately correct the error.

  8. Show trade code w/ descriptions instead of just numbers

    In the project options > bidder lists > select by trade, it would be helpful to have an option to view the trade codes at the top of the page with their text description in conjunction with the trade codes. It will be much faster to navigate if you have not memorized all of the trade codes.

    Show Bid Date written in text instead of numerical, ie. August 12, 2019 instead of 12/08/19

  10. Keep selected Bid Phase highlighted or add selected bid phase to top of page when selected

    When navigating bid phases, it becomes unclear what bid phase you are currently in. This is because there is no indicating breadcrumb or highlight to identify which bid phase you are in.

  11. Multiple Rows for Project Description on Home/Calendar View

    More than a single row can be allowed for project descriptions on Home/Calendar view.

    Good News!  You can change your User Preference to Wrap project names on your Bid Calendar.

    Go to User Profile, then User Preferences (near the top), then change the third item "Wrap Project Names" to YES.

    This has been completed! In a sub’s page, you can now click on their Projects tab and then click “Add Contact to Projects”. Make sure to check the star(s) next to the trade(s) you want to invite them to. You can also send the invitation and/or any Notice from that screen.

  14. Update Notice stays on the Add Notice Screen

    After you have finished typing your notice and you update it. When the system saves your notice, it should stay on that screen so that you can immediately click the link to the preview and send screen.

  15. On the"Copy a Bid List from a Prior Project"

    Have the option to select the:Yes, No or Unconfirmed, and Submited Bid. I don't always want to bring over each sub.

  16. Minority Subcontractors

    Like all GC's, sooner or later someone wants a listing of MBE, WBE, SBE, etc, that you have asked to bid a job.
    It would be nice if Pipeline could make this a bit easier.
    Is there any chance that a couple of blocks could be added to the input page when you are adding a new sub that would indicate their minority status, if applicable? And then create a minority list that we could print.

  17. Ability to open a company's profile page from the Logs/Invitations/E-mail page.

    If we could click on Company name on the e-mail log page and go directly to that company's information to make e-mail updates or other corrections based on the information we are viewing on the e-mail log page (bounce, spam, etc). We don't use the fax option, however, this feature may also benefit those that do.

    This feature has been added! You can click on a company from the email log, which opens up a new window so that you can quickly edit their email. Then go back to the first screen and click “Send Invitation” from the white popup window. (this feature was completed May 5, 2016).

  18. Search Bar

    Hi Rick - I have an idea. I would love if the search box below wasn't so key sensitive. For example if I'm one letter off or if I don't put the company's name in exactly the way its spelled it won't search. Just would help in efficiency/time.

    I suggest clicking on the company name from the bid list then adding an upload bid button on the pop up screen.
