Post projects on your company website
- Can increase bid coverage. Provides access to subcontractors that are not in your database and therefore were not sent a bid invitation.
- Satisfies the requirement for certain government/municipal projects that must be posted publicly.
- Provides quick access for your subcontractors that can't find their original bid invitation.
Here is how to embed projects on your company website:
- In your lower left menu, go to Settings> System Preferences> Subs Portal (you must have "Admin" user authority role to access this setting.)

-
Scroll to the lower right and copy the "widget" (programming script), paste it into an email and send to your website or IT person.
You can change the color scheme of background, border, and font to match your website colors.
NOTE: Have your website person to adjust the pixel width and height within the script to expand to fit your screen nicely.
Click the blue button "Preview Open Projects Widget" to see how it looks.
- Once the Widget is embedded in your website, there are two triggers to post a project.
a) Check the box "Make Project Public" on the Project Summary screen or in the Project's Settings screen.
b) Send a Bid Invitation to at least one subcontractor/company.
NOTE: Because of server cache, there may be a delay for project to display (usually no more than 30 minutes). - To keep a project showing past its Bid Date, go to into the project's Settings screen.

Scroll down to the section "Open/Public Invitation" and enter the number days past Bid Date that you want to keep it visible. Note that you can "Save as default" if you want all posted projects to stay visible for the same number of days past Bid Date.
Click Update Settings.
