Getting Started:- Before you can connect your HCSS account to your PreconSuite account, you'll need to enable our integration in the HCSS Marketplace at: https://marketplace.hcssapps.com and click on the PreconSuite Connector.
- Click "SIGN IN TO CONNECT", and then login to HCSS.
Note: If you see "Disconnect" in the upper right, it means you already have it connected.
- Login to your PreconSuite account and go to Settings, and then "PreconSuite Integrations".
- On the next screen, check the "Enabled" box for the HCSS Integration.
- Select the HCSS Integration.
- Login to HCSS.
- From the Dashboard, click "Business Units" and map your Business Unit(s).
- You'll see all your PreconSuite Business Units on the left side under "PreconSuite Business Unit Name". Click the dropdown under "HCSS Business Unit Name" to select an HCSS Business Unit, and then click "Map".
- You're all set! You can now begin pushing, pulling, or mapping Projects, Companies and Contacts between PreconSuite and HCSS HeavyBid Pre-Construction.
