Public URL Link to Your Planroom for a Specific Project

If you ever want to make a project publicly available for anyone to see and are not posting projects on your company website, email support@preconsuite.com or create a support ticket via Help > New Ticket.  We will send you the URL right away.

This can help satisfy owners that require projects to be made open to the public.

We would not recommend sending this URL link to existing companies in your database or as a short-cut to adding new companies and sending them a bid invitation, because you lose the tracking history along with the automation allowing them to respond to bidding Yes/No, and their ability to submit an RFI question or a bid.
