From your View Bidders screen, you can new quickly create a new company and add them to the bidders list at the same time via the new button in the upper left of your list.

NOTE: Only use this button to add NEW Companies that are not already in your database, otherwise it will create a dupe Company.

Instructions:

1. To add a Company to a trade that has other bidders selected, the fastest method is via the Bidders by Trade view. Click on the trade you want to add the Company to, add the Company and Email (at minimum), and the new Company will automatically be added to your database and to the trade on the bidders list.
   
   If you want to add the company to other trades on the project, click "Other Trades". If you want to add the company to other trades but not for the specific project, go into the Company's record after they have been added, then add the additional Trade(s) to their record.
   
   
2. To add a Company to Trade(s) where no bidders have been selected, use the Master Bid List view. They will be added to the bidders list in all trades check-boxed.  If you want to add the company to other trades but not for the specific project, go into the Company's record after they have been added, then add the additional Trade(s) to their record.
