Site Meeting Date, RFI Due Date, GC Bid Date Settings
Definitions:
- Bid Date: The date you are asking bidders to submit their bids. This is the date shown on bid invitations, "Bids are due by: ______".
- GC Bid Date: The date that your bid is due to the owner/client.
- Site Meeting Date: Also known as "Pre-bid Meeting", this is the date of the meeting, if applicable.
- RFI Due Date: Date when any RFI (Request for Information) questions are due.
To adjust these settings, go to Settings > User Profile, then User Preferences.

Scroll to the bottom to select your preferences, then click "Update Profile".

NOTES:

NOTES:
- If a project does not have a Bid Date: You'll notice that there is not an option to hide Bid Date on Bid Invitations. If there is no bid date for a project, simply leave it blank in the Project Summary screen. The words "Bids are Due By: " will be omitted from the bid invitation, and the project will not show on the calendar.
- Blank Dates won't show the field heading. If any of the other dates are left blank, the field headings (eg. "RFI Due Date:") will not show on your bid invitation.
- Dates show in your Planroom. These dates also show in your Subcontractor Planroom Portal, and edits to these dates will show in real time.
- Bid Packages: The reason Bid Packages is an option to "Show on Calendar", is for the case where you have a Bid Package Bid Date that is different than the Parent Project Bid Date. The default is set to "Show" on calendar, since that is the most common choice.
