You can now add a sub directly to a project bidders list from their contact screen. Click on their Projects Tab and then the “Add Contact to Projects” button. Click on the project you want to add them to, then check the star(s) next to the trade(s) you want to invite them to. You can also send the invitation and/or any notices directly from this screen!

I also suggest that we are able to not only add them to current bid lists, but mark them as "YES" bidding and send them invites/addenda after adding them as a new contact.
