Welcome to our feedback forum that let’s you submit improvement ideas and vote on which items are the most important to you.   1. Speed up fax log loading time.

    Fax log and email logs take a while to load. Reduce page-load time.

  2. ADD a YES or NO bidding button on the invitation sheet

    when we send out and invitation to bid sheet most subs do not take the time to click on the link and respond YES or NO to bidding. it would be incredibly easy for them and us if you could ADD or CHANGE the respond and view online planroom to having a bid button that says YES or NO and link it directly to the contact. this would be very effecient.

  3. bid reminder

    Add a function to the Alerts tab that allows a setting to be made for BID DUE DATE REMINDER to be sent to those who have replied YES.

  4. Add a Sealed Bid Feature

    For Sealed Bids, electronically submitted bids need to be hidden until bid day and time.

  5. Allow Bid Upload to be turned on-off on a per Project basis.

    We have projects for which we request sealed bids and do not want to allow Subs to upload bids, AND we have some projects that we do allow to upload.

    We would like to provide our Subs the option of uploading their bid on a PER PROJECT basis. Pipeline currently does not allow us to assign project-by-project, It's an all or nothing option.
